Company & Manufacturing Capabilities
We are a direct outdoor furniture manufacturer based in Foshan, Guangdong, China. Our workflow covers R&D coordination, frame production, weaving, upholstery, finishing, quality control, packaging, and export support, helping buyers work closer to the source instead of through multiple middlemen.
We specialize in commercial-grade outdoor furniture for hospitality, resort, restaurant, project, and wholesale buyers. Core categories include outdoor sofa sets, dining sets, lounge chairs, sun loungers, rope furniture, rattan furniture, teak furniture, umbrellas, and aluminum pergolas.
Yes. We can provide updated digital catalogs by product category and style. For accurate recommendations, please tell us your target market, product type, expected quantity, and whether you need standard models or customized options.
Our factory and showroom are located in Foshan City, Guangdong Province. Buyers, sourcing agents, and third-party inspectors are welcome to visit. If you cannot visit in person, we can arrange a live video factory tour through WhatsApp or Zoom.
For commercial projects, we can help source foams and fabrics that meet common standards such as UK BS5852, US CA117, or Crib-5 when required. Please confirm the target country and project standard before quotation so we can match the correct materials.
Tell us your material and documentation requirements so we can review suitable options for the selected products.
Customization & OEM / ODM
Yes. OEM and ODM projects are one of our core services. We can develop products based on your drawings, samples, reference photos, size requirements, material preferences, colors, and target market positioning.
Yes. Our team can review reference photos or sketches and convert them into workable product details. Before sampling, we will confirm size, structure, material, color, and production feasibility with you.
Yes. We support COM and COL projects. You can send your specified fabric, leather, rope, or other approved materials to our Foshan factory. We will check quantity, usability, and production compatibility before use.
Yes. We can sign an NDA before receiving proprietary drawings or design files. Your private designs will not be placed in our public catalog or offered to other customers without permission.
Yes. We can work with color references, swatches, RAL numbers, Pantone numbers, fabric samples, powder coating samples, and finish boards. For batch orders, we recommend approving a physical sample before mass production.
Regional exclusivity can be discussed for qualified long-term buyers who meet annual purchase volume and market development requirements. The details depend on product category, market size, and cooperation plan.
Orders, MOQ & Samples
Please send product links or photos, dimensions, material requirements, color, cushion/fabric details, quantity, destination country or port, preferred trade terms, target lead time, and any packaging or certification requirements. A complete BOQ helps us quote faster and more accurately.
The usual process is inquiry review, quotation, specification confirmation, sample or drawing approval, proforma invoice, deposit payment, production, in-process updates, final QC, balance payment, packing, loading, and shipment documentation.
MOQ depends on the product, material, color, and customization level. Standard models are usually easier to mix, while fully customized products may require higher MOQ. For export efficiency, we recommend planning by 20ft, 40ft, or 40HQ container volume when possible. If you are testing a new market, we can also review mixed-container planning.
Yes. Mixed containers are common for wholesalers, retailers, and project buyers. We can help review item combinations, carton dimensions, loading volume, and packing list planning to improve container utilization.
Samples are recommended for new products, private designs, and project orders. Sample fees are usually higher than bulk unit prices because of setup and development cost. For qualified bulk orders, agreed sample fees can be credited or deducted from the commercial invoice.
Yes. We can include spare parts such as glides, screws, connectors, cushions, fabric covers, or hardware kits depending on product type. Please request spare parts before production so they can be packed with the shipment.
Pricing & Payment Terms
Payment methods, deposit requirements and the balance payment schedule are confirmed in the quotation and order documents.
We can quote EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, or selected DDP solutions depending on buyer requirements and destination. FOB is common for full-container export orders, while CIF or DDP may be suitable when buyers need logistics support.
No. We try to make quotations transparent. Standard export packing is included when stated. Extra requirements such as special packaging, palletizing, testing, fumigation, certificates, DDP delivery, or custom molds will be listed separately.
Yes. Pricing can be adjusted based on quantity, container volume, product complexity, material choice, and long-term cooperation plan. Please send your BOQ for a project-based quotation.
Quotation validity depends on material prices, exchange rates, and shipping conditions. In most cases, we will state the validity period in the quotation. For large projects, we recommend confirming prices before deposit payment.
For sample orders or small payments, alternative payment methods may be available case by case. For bulk export orders, T/T is preferred because it is more suitable for international B2B transactions.
Production Cycle & Quality Control
Sample and bulk production lead times are confirmed after reviewing the products, quantity, materials, customization and current factory workload.
Yes. We can provide production updates with photos or videos at key stages, including material preparation, frame production, weaving, upholstery, packing, and loading. This helps overseas buyers monitor order progress remotely.
We use a multi-stage QC process covering incoming material checks, in-process inspection, finished product review, packing verification, and pre-loading checks. Digital photos or videos can be provided before shipment.
Yes. We welcome third-party inspection by SGS, TUV, Bureau Veritas, your sourcing agent, or your appointed inspector. Please schedule inspections before the loading date so we can coordinate properly.
Outdoor furniture materials may have slight batch variations, especially fabric, rope, rattan, wood, and powder coating. For project orders, we recommend approving samples and confirming batch requirements before mass production.
Yes. Production and loading photos can be provided upon request. Loading records can help buyers verify packing condition, container loading, carton marks, and shipment handover.
Packaging, Shipping & After-Sales
Depending on product structure, we offer knock-down, semi-assembled, or fully assembled packaging. Standard export packaging may include cartons, EPE foam, wrapping, corner protectors, hardware packs, labels, and carton marks.
Yes. Many buyers use their own forwarders under FOB terms. We can also coordinate with freight partners for CIF, CFR, or selected DDP solutions depending on destination and order details.
We mainly handle export declaration and customs procedures in China. For import customs and local delivery, we can connect buyers with logistics partners that may support DDP services in selected regions. Local import requirements should be confirmed by the buyer or their broker.
We use export-grade packaging to reduce transit risk. For international shipments, marine cargo insurance is recommended. If damage occurs, we can help provide production, packing, and shipment documents for insurance or claim review.
Warranty terms depend on product type, material, and usage environment. As a general reference, structural frames may be covered longer than hardware and finishes. Claims should include order details, photos, videos, and problem description for review.
Regular cleaning, avoiding harsh chemicals, covering furniture during severe weather, checking hardware, and storing cushions properly can extend product life. For teak, rope, rattan, fabric, and metal finishes, maintenance methods may vary by material.
