Our Workflow / B2B Production Process

Outdoor furniture production workflow for B2B project buyers.

A structured 6-step workflow for hotels, commercial projects, wholesalers, and OEM / ODM buyers. From RFQ review to final container loading, each stage is built around confirmed specifications, buyer-visible checkpoints, quality control, and export readiness.

Buyer control points

What buyers can verify before moving forward.

B2B furniture procurement is not only about price. Buyers need clear specifications, commercial terms, production updates, inspection records, and export readiness before moving to the next stage.

01

Specification lock

Size, material, color, cushion, packing, and project standards are confirmed before PI or sampling.

02

Cost visibility

Quotation scope, trade terms, CBM, packing method, and extra cost items are listed clearly.

03

Quality evidence

Production photos, sample review, in-process inspection, and pre-loading checks reduce uncertainty.

04

Shipment readiness

Packing list, carton marks, loading photos, export documents, and forwarder coordination are prepared.

Production roadmap

From inquiry review to container loading.

Each step below shows the buyer input, XIMU Furniture output, and the decision checkpoint before moving forward. This gives importers, hotel project teams, and sourcing managers a clearer order trail.
